Owner and member responsibilities
Owners manage subscriptions and team membership. Members work on projects within their organization's access and plan limits. Some destructive actions, including deleting projects and replacing existing estimate lines, require the owner.
AI credit management also supports an administrator role where assigned. This does not give that role owner-only billing or invitation controls. See the individual guides for the controls available to your role.
