Troubleshooting

Resolve common sign-in, upload, subscription, and invitation problems.

Start by checking the workspace name and the exact message. A plan or credit problem in one workspace does not necessarily affect another.

Email code not arriving

Check the address and mailbox

Confirm the email address entered during signup. Check spam, junk, and any company quarantine.

Request another code

Choose Resend on the verification screen. Wait for its result and use the newest email. Signup uses six digits; password recovery uses eight.

Restart only when necessary

If the address is wrong or the screen says it is missing, return to the appropriate sign-up or recovery form. If delivery continues to fail, ask your email administrator or support contact to investigate.

Upload stuck on Reading

Distinguish uploading from reading

A 100% upload means the file was sent, not fully read. Drawing sets and scanned PDFs can take a few minutes.

Check the document again

Return to Uploads and read its status and error. A processing interruption may become Failed, with a retry action.

Retry a failed document

Use the document retry action if reading failed. For upload errors, correct the stated format or size problem and retry the upload. The regular limit is 50 MiB; large PDFs can use splitting.

Report a persistent wait

If it remains on Reading, record the project, filename, approximate start time, and displayed state for your support contact. Avoid creating repeated copies of the same upload.

No active plan

Check the selected workspace

Switch to the organization that has the subscription. Personal and organization plans are separate.

Wait for billing to load

Open Settings → Billing and wait for the actual status. If you just paid, allow a moment and reload.

Have the owner review the notice

Only the owner can buy, resume, or manage the subscription. If there is a payment issue or the plan ended, follow the displayed action. Buying extra credits does not activate a missing plan.

Read the invitation status

Expired, already used, no longer active, and temporarily unable to load are different states. Retry a connection failure before requesting another link.

Use the invited address

Sign in with the address named in the invitation. For an already-used invitation, check whether the organization is already in your workspace switcher.

For an expired, revoked, or invalid invitation, ask the owner to resend or create a new invitation. Open the complete newest link and accept it.

Seats full

Review the roster

The owner should open the organization and check used, pending, and remaining seats. Count the owner as one seat.

Remove unused reservations

Revoke unneeded pending invitations. Remove accepted members only if they should lose access.

Review the plan if needed

Check the organization’s current member capacity and available plan choices. Acceptance checks seat availability again, so a previously received link is not a guarantee of a free seat.

Google sign-in fails or uses the wrong account

Select the intended Google account

Retry the Google sign-in control and check the selected email. For team invitations, use the invited address.

Allow the sign-in flow to finish

Check that the browser permits the sign-in page or window and that your connection is working. Return through the invitation link if joining a team.

Keep the actual error

If it still fails, note the message and where the flow stopped. Use email-and-password sign-in only if you already have that method set up; otherwise report the issue through your support contact.

AI work stopped but the plan is active

Open Settings → AI credits. Check both the available credits and your personal member cap. Ask the owner or an assigned administrator to resolve a cap, allocate purchased credits, or review pack purchases. Follow the displayed reset date for included plan credits.

Download failed

Read the specific file's error in Bid package. It may need a saved estimate, a generated proposal, or completed analysis. A format refusal is a plan restriction. For several files, allow your browser to download multiple files and check its downloads list.

When reporting a problem

Include the exact message, workspace, project, action, and time. Keep passwords, verification codes, and invitation links private.
